This research is empirical juridical law. The study used primary and
secondary data. The primary data obtained through interviews with informants.
The Secondary data obtained by studying legal primary, secondary and tertiary
materials. The data were analyzed qualitatively.
The results of this study indicated that PT.BPR Mitratama Arthabuana
Banjarmasin has applied the freedom of contract as one of the principles in the
bank credit agreement. The freedom of contract include: the freedom to make
or not make an agreement |
