| description | Entrepreneurship is a creative and innovative abilities in
carrying business to find opportunities and benefits. This
research used Theory of Planned Behavior in order to
understand the entrepreneurial intention by looking at
influences of attitude toward entrepreneurial behavior,
subjective norm of entrepreneurial behavior, and perceived
behavioral control variables. Subjects of this research were 400
students of Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta, semester
five and above. Technique used in data analysis is multiple
regression analysis, analyzed using SPSS for Windows 17.0.
The result of hypotheses analysis showed that attitude
variable toward entrepreneurial behavior, subjective norm of
entrepreneurial behavior, and perceived behavioral control are
affecting entrepreneurial intention. Analysis results showed that
subjective norm on entrepreneurial behavior gave most
significant influence toward entrepreneurial intention with
β=0,053 and p=0,000 (p<0,05). |
