Summary: | The purpose of this research was to increase knowledge and teacher�s readiness to
respond bullying at school. The subject research were 40 teachers from 2 private
schools in Mojokerto. Researcher uses knowledge test as manipulation check and
readiness scale to measure teacher�s readiness in respond bullying before and after they
get psycho-education. Besides that, the researcher also uses screening bullying and
observation manual of ability in handling bullying using problem solving method.
Manipulation given was psycho-education about �circle of problem solving�. Data
analysis used were parametric statistic of t-test one tail and correlation test as an
additional analysis. The result shows that experiment group has higher knowledge and
readiness than control group. It�s shown by t score of knowledge which reaches 9,383
with significance 0,00025 (p<0,01) and 18,218 for t score of readiness with significance
0,00025 (p<0,01). According to the result of correlation test shows that knowledge has positive corelation and it�s so significant with the readiness (sig=0,0001
