description | Research of the house buildings damage assessment was carried out in Kepuharjo
Village that has the biggest impact to the housing sector in Sleman Regency due to Merapi
Volcano eruption 2010. This research aimed to apply DaLA ECLAC which was the method
of disaster impact assessment in Indonesia, within the program of Internet and GIS-based,
as well as conducting reassessment of house buildings damage in Kepuharjo Village.
Assessment variables used according to DaLA ECLAC procedure, namely status,
size, type of construction and level of damage to the house. Each variable is composed of
external data which is the real field data, as well as internal data which is the reference
data that has the weight of index values. The program is performed by setting the system
requirements, formatting Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD),
database and user interface. The draft further implemented in the script of dynamic web
program using PHP programming language and GIS application of Google Maps API.
Result of the research obtained the house buildings damage value in Kepuharjo
Village is about 101.097.762.655 IDR with external data accuracy of 94%, including 762
house buildings, 836 families and 2.464 inhabitants. Evaluation of previous DaLA shows
smaller value about 81.90% from the assessment result of this study, it is because the quite
significant differences to the variable of house building area. |
