| Summary: | This research discusses about maintenance cost for IBI Darmajaya buildings. The aimed of this research to identifying factors that influence maintenance cost and asses the efficiency of maintenance cost of buildings .
Research method used in this reserach is multiple regression analysis, descriptive analysis and cost efficiency. The dependent variable is the cost of maintaining the building and the independent variable is the area of the building, age of building, number of rooms, number of employees and the number of floors the maintenance section of the building.
The results of estimation showed that ages of the building, number of floors are the negative and not significant impact on maintenance costs, while variable size of buildings, number of employee, and number of rooms positive and significant impact on the cost of building maintenance. Descriptive analysis and cost analysis shows the cost of building maintenance for multiple unit buildings not efficient.
