| Summary: | This research is an empirical aims to determine the effectiveness of the change in
the mechanism of BOS funds in 2011 to 2012 mechanisms that occurring in
Tidore. Is the distribution of BOS 2012 effective accuracy of the reviews
principles: time, amount and target distribution, given that the problems arising
from the distribution mechanism in 2011 was a delay distribution of the impact on
school operations.
This research is a qualitative research study sample: 10 headmasters of
elementary and junior high schools as well as the recipient BOS and BOS
Management Team Tidore. Data was collected through interviews and document
study. Data analysis technique used techniques of qualitative analysis. The results
in 2012 that the distribution mechanism in terms of timeliness in Tidore islands
more effective thandistributionmechanisms in 2011. For targeting accuracy and
precision of the number so far there are still problems, the results showed there
are inaccuracies of data on the number of students in the event of changes, the
accuracy of student data is then impact on the amount of funds distributed to
school. |
