Summary: | This study aims to describe the implementation of the Government regulation
(PP) No 28 of 2003 about subsidies and contributions for health maintenance
organization of the Civil Service and pension recipients and also to describe the
inhibiting factors of the PP. No 28 of 2003 implementation in the Kediri branch of
PT. ASKES (Persero). The data collection used were interviews and direct
observation. The interviews were processed and prepared in the form of a
transcript. The interviews will be analyzed by content analysis. Then do the
organizing of data and made a conclusion that can be told to others after being
combined between the data of secondary and tertiary.
This study was a qualitative study where used historical juridical approach. This
study was concluded that the Main Branch of Kediri of PT. ASKES in
collaboration with Gambiran hospital was held a project procurement of medical
equipment. PT. ASKES decided to buy all physician services in Gambiran
hospitals.
The Health insurance is managed by the Kediri main branch of PT. ASKES has
two ways of filing a claim were: The Individual claim and the Collective claims.
The Obstacles that occur in the Kediri main branch of PT. ASKES (Persero) is
currently the process of the claims implementing. The Efforts to overcome these
obstacles were: the implementating of the administration services on ASKES
social member within the guidelines and disseminate guidelines to all employees
and then keep monitoring their implementation. |
