| Summary: | National Development is a series of sustainable development efforts
covering the entire life of the society, state and nation. The Implementation of the
task to achieve national goals stated in the Preamble to the Constitution of 1945.
The purpose of this research was to determine The Implementation of the
Procurement Agreement in the Government Environment of Klaten and how
responsibility Committing Officer (CO) in the default by suppliers.
The Research is juridical empirical research that prioritizes field research
to obtain primary data. Primary data were collected by interview with several
subjects research at the sites. For supporting and complementing the primary data,
then conducted a normative research by research literature to obtain secondary
data. The results of this research will be presented in the form of a report that is
descriptive analysis. Said descriptive because the results of this research are
expected to provide a comprehensive and systematic overview of the
implementation of the Agreement Procurement in the Government Environment
of Klaten.
The Implementation of Procurement Agreement in the Government
Environment of Klaten does not work as expected because of the supplier in
default in this case of delays in delivery of goods. Committing Officer
responsibilities as users of goods to the delay in delivery of goods is asking for a
late payment to the provider of the goods as agreed in the agreement. |
