| Summary: | Career search self efficacy is an individual's belief in his ability to
succeed in performing career search process. Goal setting training is
a way to improve career search self efficacy. The study aimed to
improve the career search self efficacy through goal setting training.
The subjects were job seekers at the Employment Training Centre.
Subjects were divided into two groups. The experimental group was
treated in the form of goal setting training, while control group was
not. The method of data collection used career search self efficacy
scale. The analysis of the data used was mixed anova. The conclusion
of the study showed that goal setting training was effective to enhance
career search self-efficacy. |
