Summary: | This study aims to determine the perceptions of alumni PPRA in the
process of Regular Education Program(PPRA) Lemhannas RI, and then discuss
what constraints the process and get a review of how the development of the
implementation of PPRA Lemhannas. Using Methods of qualitative case study
design, which is used as informants respondents using purposive sampling and
semi-structured interview respondents PPRA Alumni who still served as
stakeholders experts in the National Resilience Institute of Indonesia.
Constraints in realizing the vision and mission of the institution,
Recruitment / selection of participants, and policies have not been consistently
implemented and consistently in accordance Lemhannas requirements. These
constraints affect the input-output problem of curriculum, teaching, learning and
language instruction. In the demands placed upon Lemhannas future, then these
constraints need to be adapted to developments on a continuous basis to obtain the
development of institutions.
Some of the requirements towards the development of a world-class
institution Out-put needs to be developed in accordance with the filtered input
with consistent and consistency. Result students Lemhannas RI is appropriate or
not, as expectations on the vision Lemhannas RI, for it must exist: post-school
evaluation and team evaluator, and the results of students directed to the
development of public policy and the establishment of supertim / not a number
one.
The implementation in perception is not comparable with the purpose (eg
vision and mission Lemhannas RI), so it is still perceived to be a fundamental
obstacle and need urgent developments in terms of human resources, the quality
of program quality, competence and others. So the moment the development is
important to do as soon as possible given the need for regular education program
generation is still considered necessary for national security toughness.
