Summary:The principal tasks of the Indonesian National Army is to uphold the sovereignty, defending the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, and protect all the people and the entire country of Indonesia from threats and harassment against the integrity of the nation and the state. To be able to perform the basic tasks required professional soldiers, the soldiers who fought proficient, proficient using the tool and be able to perform combat tasks and meet measurable values of accountability. In order to meet the criteria required of personnel who have performed well, with the support of organizational climate and good motivation pula.Pusku TNI is one of the Central Executive Agency under the TNI chief one of its functions is to support the task unit and task force operations in the TNI. The research was conducted at the Center for Finance (Pusku) TNI TNI headquarters based in Cilangkap order to determine the impact of organizational climate and motivation to performance management in support of the defense. Data penguimpulan techniques used include observation, interviews and questionnaires or questionnaires. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling, by assigning as many as 100 people were used as samples. Components in the study, including organizational climate variables, personnel motivation and performance .. The results showed that perceptions of the organizational climate personnel pretty well, and have a high motivation, making a positive impact on performance, in order to support the management of defense. Although there is still a bottleneck in the implementation of tasks, including due to equipment of an old work. To improve the performance of military personnel Pusku, necessary efforts appliance repair office equipment, bonuses based on performance and change the way performancebased assessment to assessment. With a good performance of personnel, implementation of the tasks can be achieved Pusku military and defense management implemented well.
