and country of Indonesia. This goal was reaffirmed in the 1945 Constitution,
which states that every citizen has the right to security and protection from
threat. In national resiliency, there are two things to be achieved, prosperity
and continuing public safety. Conflict in the community will create a sense
of insecurity and will make people fail develop their welfare and strengthen
the of economic sector.
This study was conducted to determine the causes of conflict, the
factors influencing conflict and resolve strategies. The variables of conflict
were measured considering social inequalities, security, and to access
security in business, while the variable of resiliency was measured from
economic strengthening. The study was conducted in Johar Baru district in
Central Jakarta. This study uses a combination of quantitative and
qualitative analysis employing samples of 50 respondents, and proportional
random sampling of four villages in Johar Baru district. The data were
collected by observing, by interviews and questionnaires. The correlation
analysis is used for data processing and then SWOT analysis is used to build
the strategies to avoid conflict. The result shows that there is a negative and
significant relationship between conflict, human security and widespread
resiliency .
To create jobs, to improve education levels, to develop the
community, public control, law enforcement and early prevention by
elimination of conflict, the strategies to be taken will intensify social life
and increase the role of social control functions, such as handling conflict
firmly by security forces, including early prevention by authorities. |
