Basko Green City Pekanbaru Project aims to determine the forms of default and default
resolution in the implementation of development chartering agreement Basko Green City
Pekanbaru.
This research is empirical jurisdiction by relying on primary data as the
primary data source through field research. The research literature is still being done to
support field research. Data obtained from the study were analyzed qualitatively, and
presented descriptively.
The results showed that the form of defaults that occurred in the execution of
the contracted agreement between PT. WASKITA KARYA With CV. SURONTANI
PEMBAYUN SAKTI way too late to meet achievement as agreed. Completion of defaults
made by consensus agreement, completion through the courts has not been done. |
