Summary: | The success of an organization cannot be separated from the role of
Human Resources as conditio sine qua non or as an absolute requirement.
Therefore, we need employees who have optimum work performance for the tasks
and responsibilities entrusted to him/her. If the employees� work performance is
high, then the successful achievement of organizational goals will be higher and
vice versa, if the employees� work performance decreased or became stagnant, it
could lead to decrease the efficiency and objectives of an organization or an
institution.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the work
performance of employees at the Central Bank of Timor-Leste ( BCTL ). The data
used in this study is primary data distributed to employees and some managers of
the institution. Sampling technique used in this study is convenient sampling with
a simple sample selection and obtained from 38 samples. While the analysis tools
used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16 software.
With a variety of models analysis used, the result of analysis showed three
variables are significant, namely Promotion, Performance Evaluation and Human
Resources System have a positive effect on employees performance at BCTL.
