Summary: | Educational industry is a potential industry that always have a positive growth nowadays, especially in Indonesia. Growth at educational industry will creating higher competitiveness among the educational institutes. Brand trust can be important for educational institutes because trust is one of the most desired qualities in any close relationship. Producers always hoping a close relation with their consumers. In other side, brand image is the total consumers perception about the brand. This perception is an important factor to creating a close relationship between producer and consumer.
This study�s aim is to determine the effect of brand image on brand trust at high educational industry. Regular Undergraduate Program Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) is choosen as an object study.
This research uses quantitative approach. Study�s method uses survey and questionaire as a research instrument. The respondents of this research are senior high school students that have study visit to FEB UGM. This research�s data analysis tool is multiple linear regression using statistic�s software SPSS 15.0 for windows. |
