Summary: | E-government in Indonesia has been implemented based on the strategy and policy of e-government, Inpres Nomor 3 Tahun 2003. Its implementation has been carried out for ten years, but it have not been able to create a good governance in order to improve public services. One of successes of e-government can be seen from the website optimization as meeting place with the community.
ITPOSMO is an effective model to evaluate the performance of E-government. ITPOSMO uses 7 (seven) dimensional approaches in assesing the success of e-government, that are information, technology, processes, objective and values, staffing and skills, management systems and structures, other resources:(time and money).
In this study, the score of ITPOSMO is 28,41 which indicate the implementation of the Palu website declared partly failed by scoring a total value of the seven dimensions assessed, the information dimension is the dimension of low-level gap, that is equal to 3,51. And the cost dimension is the large gap, amounting 4,57
