| Summary: | This research was intended to evaluate implementation of Bireuen
government owned vehicle maintenance in 2012. It used Importance-Performance
Analysis (IPA) to measure importance and performance based on some factors
influencing vehicle maintenance implementation based on Regulation of Internal
Affair Minister number 17 of 2007. Descriptive qualitative analysis was used to
define obstacles in vehicle maintenance in Bireuen government that should be
dealt with to actualize good vehicle maintenance system as effort for asset
management for government administration.
The results indicated that most key factors of vehicle maintenance in
Bireuen government have high importance according to respondent. However,
other respondent urge improvement due to low performance quality. Moreover,
there are some key factors that have no importance even it should be reduced to
save budget. Based on descriptive analytical analysis found some obstacles in
implementation of vehicle maintenance that should be immediately resolved in
order to vehicle maintenance system run optimally in Bireuen government. |
