| description | The importance of today information technology development to encourage local governments, especially Ternate local governments to develop a system in the delivery and reporting the local government finance. Accounting Applications system develop to provides convenience in journalizing, and posting to the general ledger and financial reporting, so the financial reporting become faster and on time. There a still some obstacles remain in the use of this accounting application system which is the delay in the preparation and reporting finance report to local government, and the users of the system are not fully grasp the local finance. The purpose of this research is to identify the successf of the implementation of Accounting Application Systems using the model of DeLone and McLean (2003) which in terms of user satisfaction and individual impact and also organizational impact and obtain empirical evidence of the determinants of successful implementation of the Accounting System Application on Ternate City Government.
The results of this research proved that the success of the implementation of the application of Accounting Application System affected significantly by the quality of the information, the user satisfaction. The success of the implementation of the application system was measured by using the actual usage, the user satisfaction, and net benefits. User satisfaction of the application system affected significantly by xv the quality of information. Meanwhile, net benefits affected significatly by the users satisfaction.
