| Summary: | Spatial policy in urban planning has become the authority of local
goverment. Concerning the urgency to an evaluation of space utilization with the
policy that been use in urban landscapes management as control in city
development. The purpose of this research is to identify the disaster risk, identify
the urban area utilization, and to evaluate the synchronize between the urban
landscape plan with the urban area utilization at coastal zone in district of Tugu
Semarang.
The respondent that used in indept interview is determine by purposive
method. Someone that choosed as a respondent is because the researcher assume
that this respondent have the information and knowledge that needed for the
research. Research spesification using analytical descriptive, the point is to
capture and to analyse the urban landscape planning synchronize to the rolling
policy on development process in on coastal zone, district of Tugu, Semarang
Major dissaster issue in Tugu Subdistrict had been identified, that is
coastal erosion, river flood, tidal inundation, and salt water intrusion. Space
