This research was carried out in several wards in Jakarta. 105 was . samples and have met test reliability, validity and test assumptions To obtain the data, this research used closed questionnaires with seven likert of scale. Public service motivation was measured with an instrument developed by Xiohua (2008). Job satisfaction was measured with an instrument developed by liu and Tang (2001). Job performance was measured with an instrument developed by Shih and Susanto (2010). The results of this study this study show that there is a positive and significant relationship between public servi job ce motivation and job satisfaction and performance.
