Summary: | The importances of information technology capabilities to achieve
competitive advantage have become subject of researches and debated among
researchers for many years. This case study analyze the information technology
capabilities that become sources of competitve advantage in a media company in
Indonesia, Global TV.
The main purpose of this research is to determine information technology
capability that can increase value in Global TV, and can become sources for core
