Summary: | The competition in today�s computer monitor industry in Indonesia
requires the producers, distributors, to consistently be able to deliver the certain
products according to the customer�s demand. There are a couple aspects

market spesifically is a very interesting market. PT Elsiscom Prima Karya as the
distributor of Acer computer monitor has done many strategies in order to
increase its competitiveness and its consumer appeal by providing a computer
monitor that is technologically advanced and also environmental friendly, comes
in great design, and with a reasonable price.
This research was conducted to observe what strategy that has and is done
by the company. The research object is PT Elsiscom Prima Karya specifically in
the Acer computer monitor�s unit. The research data source are the management
of PT Elsiscom Prima Karya and the management of Galva Group.
