Summary: | Structured and measured strategic management is required in mastering
the increasingly competitive business environment. Mastering the business
environment based on strategic management is the unity of steps from initial
strategy, management process, program implementation until control function of
the outcome.
Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as a strategic management approach has the
advantage because of the involvement of various aspects (perspectives)
comprehensively that is Finance, Customer, Internal Business Process and
Learning and Growth. BSC is a management tool that can be used to boost the
organization's ability to multiply profits so they can guarantee business continuity.
Kopegtel Surya Cendrawasih Madiun as part of a business entity needs to
ensure and guarantee the sustainability of its business considering the cooperative
was established in order to improve the welfare of all members and managers.
Therefore, the author intends with this Balanced Scorecard approach it is
expected to improve existing cooperative conditions and based on the four
approaches perspective is able to anticipate changes in business environment so in
the future Kopegtel Surya Cendrawasih Madiun is more existing and can
guarantee business continuity.
The author expects the research results to be beneficial for Kopegtel Surya
Cendrawasih Madiun in managing business and its organization in the future.
