Summary:The rapid growth of mobile communication and wireless technology media has affected the pace of development of mobile commerce (m-commerce). The development of m-commerce technology that enables m-commerce applications to be accessed by mobile devices, have a positive impact on lowering the cost and flexibility of access. PT. Rumah Warna is one of the SMEs in the field of creative industry in Yogyakarta that expand its business with the franchise system. Along with the increasing number of franchisees required to have a management control system that is reliable and a competitive advantage in managing company operations. Application of m-commerce is one way that can be done to manage its business to become more efficient and flexible to improve its services to the franchisee. Migration process to m-commerce is a complex process that involves mobile communication technology and wireless technology, has great impact on business process, strategy and change in company system. This research design concepts of m-commerce for product ordering business process from franschisee to franchisor (sales of product to franchisee) and reporting process from franchisee to franchisor as a form of management control that includes up to date, accurate and reliable information that can be made a basis for decision making by various stakeholders or information users. The concept of m-commerce designed to support the company's operational systems, has a backward benefit from marketing and sales of product, maintaining product availability, till franchisee reporting.
