| Summary: | This study examines the acceptance of e-ticketing Garuda Airlines and examine the
relationships between variables in the Theory Acceptance Model (TAM) with focus of attention
on the quality of the system and the initial trust subject. It will not do to merely test the accuracy
of each variable used, but also to provide input to the literature on the results that may be
generated. Data collection in the study done by spreading the questionnaires to the respondents,
the user e-ticketing services Garuda Indonesia flight directly but it is also done by sending
questionnaires via email with the online survey application google.docs. In this study using
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software ver. Ver 21 and SPSS 20 for the
purposes of data tabulation. The test results have all impact on every hypothesis. |
