It was juridical normative research that based on legal principle, legal
system and legal regulation in practice. It was analyzed using qualitative analysis
and presented in descriptive analytical report. Data used in this research was
primary and secondary data obtained through field study and literary study.
The results indicated that legal protection for bank over cover note made
by notary is weak because it was just cover note, because bak is considered not
have collateral because collateral is not bound juridically. Notary has
responsibility over cover note at what written in cover note. Notary acts to help
bank providing legal certainty on required documents related to the credit
assurance. |
