managing classroom. �Temanku Sahabatku� is a programe that developed from the
book of �The Anti Bullying and Teasing Programe for Preschool Classroom�
friendship theme. This programe is a continuance of former programe called
�Menciptakan Kelas Bersahabat� that developed from community theme. The aim
of this research is to know how �Temanku Sahabatku� programe, can increase
teachers knowledge and comprehension about the programe, and also to know
how it increase teacher strategy and modeling in creating friendly classroom in
kindergarten. The design of this research is untreated control group design with
pre-test and post-test. Two kindergarten will participate in this research, one as
experiment group, and the other as control group. The participants were taken from
Sleman distric. Gain score analysis was used to analise the data. The research
indicates a significant increasing both, the knowledge and comprehension
t(9,27)=8,39. P=0,001 (p<0,05), also the frequencies of the teacher strategy and
modeling, in creating friendly classroom t(11)=4,49. P=0,002 (p<0,05). |
