But there is no guarantee of user activities from the risk, Risk of communication technologies such as tapping and alteration (i.e., addition or deletion) of messages, especially messages that are confidential. Steganography is the art and science of hiding secret messages in other messages till the secret message can not be known (Cachin, 2005). The new concept of the steganography is Network Steganography that using communication control protocol, elements or basic function of telecommunications as a medium or host. Message authentication is a mechanism or service used to verify the integrity of a message. Message authentication assures that data received are exactly as sent by (i.e., contain no modification, insertion or deletion) and that the purported identity of the sender is valid. Symmetric encryption provides authentication among those who share the secret key (Stallings, 2011). This study build a modification of LACK steganography system that utilized multimedia communication as a medium in addition Message Authentication Code service. End of the study the system will go through the process of functionality and performance testing. the result showed that the modification of LACK on payload field of Theora codec has a large capacity of hiding places and flexible, Using MD5 includes simetric key provide authentication and integrity service for steganogram. |
