| Summary: | The research aims to explore Bantimurung tourist park regarded to be one of
the most attracting tourist parks whose potentialities need to be developed more. The
bantimurung tourist park offers beautiful natural viriety either of its fauna or flora
richness which can be witnessed in the park.
The result of the research is an explanantion and description related to any
attracting tourism potentialities of Bantimurung tourist park so that those can be
utilized by the tourist without altering its originality. Meanwhile, the development
effort possible to be proposed would be a series of recommendation which could be
implemented by the manager of the park in terms of non physical recommendation
such as the improvement of human resources quality so it would not give damage to
the physical instrument of the park.
The approach employed in the research is descriptive approach which is based
on qualitative data. The object is the manager of the Bantimurung tourit park.
Meantime, the method applied is method of tourism development using both primary
and secondary sources. Then, the primary sources are newspaper or any printed
version media and photoes related to the object in time in which the research was
conducted. Meanwhile the secondary sources mentioned consist of journals, articles,
books, and internet. At last, the data are colleceted through observation, interview
with related respondents, and document analysis conducted through qualitative
method.
