Summary:Background: Researchers discover two Barber Johnson Graph (in 2009 and 2010 as well as 2010 and 2011) who did not have a common ground of the fourth line of the indicator (BOR, AvLOS, BTO, and TOI). The absence of common ground because the calculation of the value of the four indicators that are less precise. Despite the absence of a meeting point, the hospital makes Barber Johnson Graph remained in reporting statistics. Objective: This study to know the collection and processing of daily inpatient census data to be presented in Barber Johnson Graph Grhasia Mental Hospital, as well as knowing the cause of the lack of common ground line statistical indicators fourth hospitalization. Methods: This study used a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Subjects were ward nurses, Medical Records Installing officers were taking and collecting daily inpatient census, and the reporting officer. Object of study is the daily inpatient census of 2011-2012, inpatient statistics in 2011-2012, and in 2011-2012 Barber Johnson Graph. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Test check the validity of the triangulation. Results: inpatient daily census was made by the ward nurses and collected by officers Installation Medical Records. Making and collecting daily inpatient census did not doing every day. Not routine of making and collecting census data errors can result in the census. However, to minimize such errors, ward nurses using the book as a reference registers hospitalization charging inpatient daily census sheets and installation personnel crosscheck Medical Records collects census data every day hospitalization. Daily inpatient census data is processed into statistical indicators inpatient use in the calculation formula Depkes RI (2005) and presents it in Barber Johnson Graph theory based Soejadi (1996). Although the statistical indicators of hospitalization was calculated and presented in Barber Johnson Graph is right, there is still no common ground on Graphics barber Johnson, this is due to the provisions made in the development of Barber Johnson Graph used the public hospital is not appropriate when used for mental hospital.
