Summary:Protection of workers / laborers should be increased through improved working conditions, working conditions, and labor relations in order to improve the welfare of workers / laborers as a whole and for female workers / laborers to note their protection in accordance with the dignity, because in reality women are naturally have different physiological conditions with men. Such matters should be controlled as far as possible so that the worker / laborer women feel safe in doing their work without feeling haunted by the fear of the onset of harmful influences. Protection of labor is intended to guarantee the basic rights of workers / laborers and ensure equal opportunity and treatment without discrimination on any ground for the welfare of workers / laborers and their families with regard to the progress of the development of the business world. Protection worker / laborer has the objective is to assure a harmonious working relationship runs without any pressure from the strong to the weak. Implementation of the regulations of Law No. 13 Year 2003 on Manpower particularly in the legal protection of women's labor implemented by governments, employers and workers in companies, based on the terms there are three types of protection to workers / laborers, namely the protection of economic, social protection, technical protection. Regulations made by the government about the safety and health protection is enough to set up and provide protection to labor, especially female labor, which gave women's association and democracy in the workplace, labor protection of women against discrimination, protection of rights fulfillment basic workers, protection of health and safety.
