| Summary: | This research aims to know the effect of Agriminovit which containing vitamin and amino acid on the body weight of broiler chickens (Gallus domestica ) and Feed Convertion Ratio.
In this research 100 of 2 day old broiler chickens were divided into 4 groups, each of it was 25 chickens.In the control group as group I there were only feed and drink ad libitum. In the group II were give Feed and Agriminovit 0,5 gram. In the Group III were give feed and Agriminovit 1 gram. In the group IV were give feed and Agriminovit 1,5 gram. Feed measurement are started from first day until day 35, body weight measurement are calculated every week until day 35. Body weight data are calculated to determine Average Daily Gain. Then, Average Daily Gaindata are analyzes with one way Anovameanwhile feed data are used to calculate FCR.
This research result show Average Daily Gain at group I 59,17 gram ± 3,41 with FCR 1,34. In the Group II Average Daily Gain 55,91 gram ± 3,23 with FCR 1,30. In the group III Average Daily Gain 54,27 gram ± 3,20 with FCR 1,32. In the group IV Average Daily Gain 61,74 gram ± 3,39 with FCR 1,25. Analyzes result Anova are not show the different significantly.
From the result it can conclude Agriminovit which is containing vitamin and Amino acid were not show body weight optimum growth. The Agriminovit 1,5 gram are show better body weight increasing and low FCR (1,25) than Agriminovit 0,5 or 1 gram.
