had erupted every two to five years. The eruption spewing heat clouds and falling
material causing debris flow. Debris flow is the flow of a mixture of water-saturated
material and debris moving down due to the force of gravity.
One attempt to overcome the physical debris flow disaster is to build sabo
structure. Until now there are hundreds of sabo structures both in the volcanic and
non-volcanic areas. However, today many structures were damaged condition that
can interfere with the function of the structure, and even lead to the destruction of the
building.
Therefore it is necessary to maintenance of the sabo structure. Maintenance is
performed preventive maintenance and / or corrective maintenance. Preventative
maintenance consists of routine and periodic maintenance. While corrective
maintenance consists of specialized maintenance and rehabilitation. |
