Summary:Marketing is usually dealt with the issue of product, price, distribution and promotion. It relates with how many the diffusion and the way it is decided, so that the aimed desired can achieve well. The implementation of marketing diffusion is performed as initial step to know company strategy as well as benchmark in the refinement of marketing strategy of a company in order to be able face the competitive free market. UD. Putri Ampel Sentosa operates in snack sector located in Yogyakarta. The main product is fruit chip. The data gained is by interview with the owner, labor and consumer presented in a n interview table, and all data are reviewed and discussed descriptively. Then, the implementation of marketing diffusion well � stated comprises of a product having prominent aspect, price resulting selling revenue and acceptable by consumer, product is distributed into several souvenir stores, and using some promotion types. By the marketing diffusion stated, it can make any company survive in the competition.
