applies SCADA Technology (Supervisory Control and Data Acqucition) which is
equipped with thousands supporting equipments for the purpose of telemetering,
telesignaling and telecontroling. So far, the maintenance of those equipments is
still under the PT PLN Central management�s �excellent� standard. This is
because PT PLN hasn�t had any asset centered maintenance system. Therefore
there isn�t any chronology information of lots of assets in the field and the
location of those assets cannot be determined.
To overcome this problem, it is built in this thesis a website based central
system which is able to recapitalize those asset�s maintenance data. This system
will provide the information about the history of installed tools and give each tool
a unique QR code. This unique QR code will lead to information and history of
the referred tool once it is scanned. |
