sorting files, archive identification, the writing of archival description, schematic
preparation, data entry, packaging, in-box arrangement, the attachment of \"label\"
on the file and box, box placement on the shelf archive and process end
arrangement. The essence of this report is to investigate the process of archival
arrangement in Unit Archival Library and Archive Agency Central Java.
Methods of data collection through three stages. First, the interview This
method aims for data collection conducted by the author by interviewing the
parties to the arrangement of archives inactive duty or a person authorized in the
archives section. Second, direct observation (observation), the authors conducted
a review directly to determine the real situation in the implementation of the
arrangement of inactive records, and also to obtain the data or information in his
research. The third stage, the literature, the authors collected data from various
sources of literature, literature and books relating to the problems of managing the
archive inactive.
Conclusions of this report Agency Regional Archive and Central Java in
the arrangement of archival and inactive use a numeric system problems.
Constraints faced by the Archives and Library Agency of Central Java in the
arrangement of inactive records in the Office of Archives and Library Agency
Central Java, among others, are less extensive storage space given volume is very
much archival institutions, the lack of archival storage infrastructure including the
absence of AC to regulate the temperature of the room and the number of records
that accumulate in the Record Centre . |
