human development is one of the things that are interrelated and must line up in
order to create success of development. Quality of human capital is an important
factor in development that could speed up development. In addition, the
achievement of economic growth that is getting better with the equitable
distribution of income and adequate allocation of public spending on education
and health could be invested in human development.
In this study, an analysis of secondary data using descriptive-analytical. The
economic growth rate is calculated by analysis of Economic Growth (LPE).While
the level of human development achievements calculated by analysis of the
Human Development Index (HDI). To facilitate the spatial analysis, the study
analyzes based on two typologies, namely geographical zone and a Regional Unit
of Development (SWP). So it can be seen the difference between the two types of
the typology. And differences in economic growth and human development in the
two types of typologies were analyzed using One Way ANOVA. The relationship
between economic growth and human development were analyzed using Pearson
correlation. The relationship between the two variables was analyzed by crosstabulation
between LPE with IPM that will produce type I, II, III, and IV.
The results showed that there were no differences in average economic,
while the HDI are marked differences in each type of typology. Relationship of
economic growth and human development show a significant correlation with the
direction of a positive or direct relationship. That is, the increase in economic
growth followed by increase in HDI achievement. Pattern of relationship between
economic growth and human development are not evenly spread which produce
four types, type I (36,84 %), type II (18,42 %), type III (15,79 %), and type IV
(28,95 %). |
