| Summary: | This graduating paper aims to discuss about Kampoeng Cyber, a village which has
technology concept, that is Internet. Furthermore, this graduating paper explains about its
history, missions and visions, obstacles and challengees, also its development.
The methods of collecting data are direct observation and interview method. I observe
the village directly to know about its condition. For interview, I interview the committe of
Kampoeng Cyber. Meanwhile for the library and internet research, I studies several books,
magazines, brochures, and articles which are related to the objects of research.
In conclusion, Kampoeng Cyber is a village which has internet access. Almost all of
the residents have their own internet access in their house. Eventhough it is self-help, they are
able to develop their village potentials with their cooperation.
