Summary:In the era of globalization information plays an important, role moreover it is acknowledged as becoming a commodity which needs to be considered in determining policy and basic economy business, either intationally or unintaionally. The rapid growth of information causes the world changes. The rapid development of technology, especially information technology has become a dominant factor that causes changes in the business environment and marketing. Electronic word of mouth is an important factor to determine marketing success. It is because by having communication a company is doing a education process to market using its products. Brand image, perceived value, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, firm�s reputation, privacy, trust, reliability, functionality is an important characteristic services shopping site linked to purchase intentions. This research is descriptive research, using a quantitative approach. The data used are primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaire. While the method of data analysis used is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of the research, shows that electronic word of mouth is affect brand image, and the essential services shopping site characteristics online affecting purchase intentions is electronic word of mouth, brand image, perceived value, perceived ease of use, perceived use fulness, firm�s reputation, privacy, and trust.
