| Summary: | The difference of girder spans with the pier during the implementation on the
field made an impact on the �Duplicate of Musi II Palembang Brige� construction
process. Therefore, the girder spans should be adjusted with the pier that were
already exist with the same distance. Thus, the implementation of girder installation
can be continusd with less additional installation cost.
Several approaches were made to find the most appropriate solution to solve
the problems that had occured. The approaches could be seen from various aspects
such as kind of installation,cost, construction period, and the value of the
magnificience After the best solution being determined then girders on the pier
installed by using crawler crane method.
The analysis result of the selected solution has a similar structure with the
plan. On the other hand, loading analysis being conducted refers to RSNI no T-02-
2005 to calculate the magnitude of the force assigned to the pier. Structural analysis
conducted by �MIDAS� software to determine the value of the shear forces and
moments so we get the kind of stirrups that can be used in the development process.
