Summary: | Plastic is a polymer material that can be molded into any desired shape by
applying heat and pressure to it. Plastic that has been melted at high

dedicated robots that take the plastic out of the mold are called take-out robots.
Nowadays, many injection molding machines are equipped with take-out robots.
These robots not only take the molded products out of the mold, but also transfer
them to subsequent processes and stock them in containers or cardboard boxes
for shipping
But in the reality, take out robot shall have function not only like function
which mentions on the first paragraph. Take out robot shall have others function
like spraying silicone mold release. Silicone mold release used to aticipation
ejector mark turn up on the product. Much of take out robot can�t doing take
function. So in this problem writer make an improvement. The improvement is
adding function for take out robot to spraying silicone mold release. With adding
some program in the take out robot program , take out robot have secondary
function, that is spraying silicone mold release.
With adding a secondary function in take out robot to spraying silicone
mold release willmake easy for operator to work and increasing the safety of
operator. Because hand of operator not income to inside the mold for spraying
silicone release mold manually. Not onlyfor safety, adding spraying silicone
release mold also increase the cycle time and then increase benefit for company.
