is one source of foodstuffs that contain resistant starch and dietary fiber in high
quantities.
Objective : To find out the effect of gembili flour on triglyceride levels in
streptozotocin and nicotinamide induced rats.
Method : Quasi experimental with pre and post-test with control group design
was used in this study. Thirty males Wistar rats divided into 5 groups and
adapted before divided. Each group were given different diet, K.S and K,I as a
