large demand coming from the customer, industries should increase their quality
standard to bring the company better. To fulfill the demand from customers,
PT.NOK Indonesia increase his capacity of production machine.
Increasing the number of machines to support production can be done by
applying some new machines or with recondition machines that are no longer in
production. Because there is cost down policy in PT.NOK Indonesia to reduce
expences, the machine recondition is the reliable decision. The way to
reconditioning the machine is done by replacing engine components that have
been not work properly. The reconditioning of 50T KV 2RT machine is done by
changing the system from Oring to the Press cure rubber system in order to
increase it in rubber production.
By the 50T KV 2RT machine reconditioning, this company can save the
expences cost compare with a new machine purchase. The other advantages of the
machine recondition is to operate the unuse machine. |
