description The development of information systems can not be separated from the access and easy operation as well as in the agricultural sector. However, evidence in the field suggests that farming today is less optimize the use of existing information systems. Some of the factors that cause less farming optimizing information systems, among others, difficult operation and very difficult to understand. This information system is expected to be easily applied and can be reached by farmers of low human to human is high, so the technology is not restricted to the particular farmers. The information system aims to make the software (software) that can be used to determine crop yields and agricultural machinery needs of the village. Providing software that can analyze the adequacy, excess or shortage of crop needs and agricultural machinery. Display the results of data processing in a visual form such as a table. This research resulted in an information system development and crop yield potential of agricultural machinery using fuzzy logic and Borland Delphi. The software developed can be used to analyze the adequacy, excess or shortage of crop needs and agricultural machinery. The results obtained from this research is the potential for village information system were processed using fuzzy logic so that the potential is there in the form of figures will be transformed into fuzzy numbers so that the potential can be known to have the potential for a low, medium, or high.
