Summary:World tourism in Indonesia is showing a significant increase. With the increasing flow of tourists visiting an object and automatically tourist attraction will provide a distinct advantage for the innkeeper or here is the field of hospitality business. Hotel Grand Dafam Merbabu Merapi is one hotel that stands in the second tourist destination in Indonesia, Yogyakarta. The hotel has 134 rooms and meeting space that can accommodate up to 200 people. In the effort to ensure customer satisfaction hence the need for a standard tableware. Standard cutlery in the hotel is made up of: a standard set-up on the table, the standard equipment used in buffet dining and tableware hygiene standards to be used.
