Summary:The research entitled \"The Effect of Cow Urine on Availability and N, P, K Absorption and Yield of Chilli in Inceptisol Kalitirto, Sleman\" aims to know the effect of cow urine liquid and fermented cow urine liquid on growth and yield of chilli. This research is an experiment which conducted in greenhouse in the Education, Research, and Agriculture Development University Farm (KP4) Universitas Gadjah Mada in Kalitirto, Sleman, Yogyakarta with using the Randomized Complete Design (RCD) with two treatments and three replications.The first factor is application cow urine liquid that U1 (0.5 liters of cow urine : 5 liters of water), U2 (1 liter of cow urine : 5 liters of water), U3 (1.5 liters of cow urine : 5 liters of water), and U4 (0.5 liters of cow urine : 5 liters of water). The second factor is application fermented cow urine that L1 (0.5 liters of fermented cow urine : 5 liters of water), L2 (1 liter of fermented cow urine : 5 liters of water), L3 (1.5 liters of fermented cow urine : 5 liters of water), and L4 (0.5 liters of fermented cow urine : 5 liters of water).The results showed that cow urine liquid gives not significant effect on total N, P, and K of plant, wet weight shoot, dry weight shoot, wet weight root, dry weight root, and yield of chilli in the form of ton / ha.Treatment U3 (1.5 liters of cow urine : 5 liters of water) of cow urine and L3 (1.5 liters of fermented cow urine : 5 liters of water) of fermented cow urine is the treatment that can produce the highest yield than other treatments.
