When Sugar dried or dried with a drying manually under sunshine may require up to 2 days to dry. By using this sugar dryers, process becomes shorter drying time is about 5-8 hours. So as to improve productivity while lowering the production process time. This sugar dryer uses gas fuel LPG. The principle works the stoves are made from LPG gas heats a room so that the room temperature is high, the air in the room who were discharged or blower driven by the high temperature so that the air can flow into the drying room so that the room temperature will go up in the dryer. This dryer also given exhaust that serves the moisture from sugar in order to get out of the dryer. Tests conducted by the author with the sugar drying capacity of 108 kg, which is heated for 8 hours.
