Summary:Background: Mental health is a thing which is important as a health basics of physical or mental. Psychosocial problems were predicted more than other mental problem. The study of Indonesian Mental Health�s Directorate of Health Departement showed that 44% respondents blaming NAPZA (drug) impaired (addiksi), 34% of mental retardation, 16,2% had anxiety and depression, and 5,8% had psychosis. Psychosocial problem can affect on the self-concept and one of the components of self-concept is the role performance. In the NANDA-I 2012-2014, one of the role performance nursing diagnoses is ineffective role performance. Objective: to describe the role performance based on NANDA-I 2012-2014 in people with risk of psychosocial problem in the working area of Puskesmas Jetis II Bantul. Methods: this research is a descriptive cross-sectional design. The number of respondents in this study is 74 people Results: The Holmes-Rahe Stressor assessment had low score for 43 respondents (58,1%). Diagnostic assessment�s result of ineffective role performance NANDA-I 2012-2014 for 61 respondents (82%) are not diagnosed ineffective role performance. Defining characteristics of the most ineffective role performance diagnosis based on NANDA-I 2012-2014 is harassment and role conflict were 9 respondents (69.2%) Conclusion: From this research, a description of the role performance based on NANDA-I 2012-2014 , the majority of respondents are not diagnosed ineffective role performance which means the overall appearance of the respondents have a satisfactory role
