Self-efficacy as an individual's self-confidence in his ability to perform a task or perform an action that is needed to achieve a particular outcome. Objective: this study aims to identify association between self efficacy with readiness of interprofessional education in internship student of faculty of medicine UGM. Method : Non-experimental approach analytical korelational descriptive, with cross-sectional design and quota sampling technique on 76 internship students consisting of medical student and nursing student. The Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale (RIPLS) and self-efficacy scale. Result : Levels of self-efficacy in intership students of the Faculty of Medicine UGM in a high majority of 9 out of 13 respondents in nursing student (69.2%) and 32 of 63 respondents in medical student (50.8%). The readiness of IPE in a high majority of respondents 13 of the 13 nursing student (100%) and 51 of 12 respondents medical student (81%). There is no relationship between self-efficacy and readiness for IPE of intership students in Faculty of medicine (p = 0.076). There is no difference in self-efficacy of medical students and nursing student (p = 0.937), whereas for readiness of IPE there is a difference between intership medical students and intership nursing student (p = 0.001). Conclusion : There was no relationship between self-efficacy and Readiness of IPE among intership students in Faculty of Medicine UGM.
