Summary:This final report describes the conventional archives restoration at the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia. Information is the principal amount as well as platform to run various social activities. Filing a scholarly study has a role to save the values of information through a variety of approaches. One approach in the realm of archives is a conventional archives restoration efforts. The main goal is the restoration of conventional archives rescue archives information on the particular inherent in conventional media. This report uses three methods. The method consists of observation is directly used to determine the real situation while doing archives restoration. In addition to the direct interview method was to interview the authorities at the archives restoration. Meanwhile, the literature study methods that use reference books in the preparation of this thesis. The third method used as the basic source of information about the restoration conventional archives. The main conclusion of this report is the conventional archives restoration project is needed to improve and protect the physical archives. There are various methods in the restoration melakasanakan. Implementation of the restoration process in ANRI conventional archives consists of laminated, lamatex cloth, encapsulation, leafcasting, conqueror, and the use of vacuum freeze dry chamber and freezer. Availability of personnel and equipment to carry out the restoration of the conventional archive deemed good enough.
